3. How long does delivery take?

  • Domestic (India): 4–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days
    Shipping times may vary based on product availability and destination.


4. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available within India for selected products and pincodes. This option will be shown at checkout if applicable.


5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your Swistylish account.


6. What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

7. Are your products handmade or machine-made?

Many of our collections, especially Kashmiri Jamawars and artisan wear, are handcrafted using traditional techniques. Product descriptions will indicate whether an item is handmade or machine-made.
